Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Live Wellthy not responsible for any products that melt during transit. Our whipped body butters and foaming body scrubs if subjected to heat may melt. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. If possible, please retrieve your items immediately as they are delivered to avoid heat exposure. Please refer to our frequently asked questions for instructions on how to solidify the product if melted.
